Roger Gates is a third-generation Christian. Grandparents on both sides of the family served as missionaries and pastors. Roger grew up knowing the Lord and made a personal commitment to Christ when he was eight years old. God gave him gifts of music and mathematics at that time. He now plays keyboards and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with multiple honors from California State University at Northridge.

Roger has been serving as Director of the Media Ministry at LFCC since 2005. God has given him the vision to get the word out (the message preached, taught and prophesied) through the media – CDs, podcasts and the latest technologies.
