Phil Little grew up in Missouri and was saved at age seven, while listening to a radio program. He was brought up in the Southern Baptist Church and was ordained to the ministry in Victorville, California in 1964.

Phil was formerly a minister of music and has served across various church ministries. While attending Osborne Neighborhood Church in 1976, he led the church in a national Campus Crusade program, which propelled church members out of the pews and into the homes around their community. He also began an evangelism-training program, which trained soul winners in on-the-job training; a program still ongoing at Osborne today.

In 2003, Phil was invited to go to Germany with a team to a youth conference. On multiple occasions, many of the LFCC church pastoral staff have attended ministry trips under his guidance. Phil conducts training meetings at his home for preparation for future ministry trips under God's leading. He joined Living Faith in January 2004, and has found working with Pastor Graham and the rest of the staff a blessed experience as we all attempt to live out the Kingdom call in our lives.
