Bill and Esther Emmons are the senior pastors of Life Christian Center. International Prophet Bill Hamon called them "...strong prophets... who will build the church prophetically... with the supernatural...with revelation knowledge...with the miracle and not according to any established pattern or program of man."

Bill & Esther have a vision to see this house and those who attend here fully restored, physically healed and totally on fire for God. They have laid a solid foundation of prayer and prophetic worship in this church over the years and hope to build up many leaders for the coming move of God. God supernaturally brought Bill & Esther together and called them as Prophets, Teachers and Pastors. They answer these calls by caring for the sheep here in Johnstown and traveling internationally as God directs. In addition Bill serves as a Prophet with Apostle Rick Callahan as a member of the Apostolic Board of Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International..
